Cemalpasa Residences

The project, located in Seyan,Adana comprises of 24 residential apartment units and one café/restaurant at the ground level. The total construction area in this project is 6.569m2.

In accordance with our architecture, the structural engineers of this project have worked out a concrete structural system in order to withstand earthquakes of significant magnitudes.

The façade detailing and aesthetics are designed with our typical Arikoglu approach, where we worked out a balance between the less is more school of thought and the aesthetics derived from responsiveness towards solar orientations.

On a separate note, our residential unit plans are in complete harmony with the structural grids that also facilitate optimum parking spaces and easily maneuverable vehicular roads in the two level underground garages.

We strived to present a handsome building without compromising any of the inner functionalities of the residential units.

The restaurant/café zone is carefully buffered out of the sight of the residential units in order to restrict and minimize any possible conflict of interest.
